Graebel Companies, Inc., a leading provider of talent and workplace mobility solutions for Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies, is evolving the roles of two business development leaders to focus on global growth opportunities to further serve clients and seize marketplace opportunities.

George Bates, GMS, Graebel’s Chief Revenue Officer, maintains his senior leadership title but expands his current global strategy, sales and marketing responsibilities to include a greater emphasis on new market development initiatives that may include acquisitions or partnerships. In addition, Joe Jackson, CRP, GMS, who reports to Bates, has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Development – Americas, to manage continued growth in North America and support increased demand in Latin America.

“Graebel’s strong performance and our clients’ global mobility needs are fueling new opportunities and avenues for growth,” Bates said. “We’re in a tremendous position to accelerate our market share and deliver more services in more places to provide exceptional experiences to our clients and their employees. My increased focus on new market development is in keeping with how we continually transform and evolve our company to anticipate and capitalise on what’s next in global mobility.”

He oversees the company’s global growth strategies, along with business development and brand marketing, to increase Graebel’s market presence and mobility solutions. • Jackson has more than 19 years of experience in the mobility industry. He joined Graebel in 2014 and was previously Vice President – Global Business Strategy. Jackson will now lead a team focused on growth strategies in the Americas. This includes the Latin America region, where Graebel has a presence and has supported companies with their relocation needs for more than 30 years. Jackson is based in the New York City area.

While Jackson concentrates his efforts on the Americas, Simon Mason continues in the regional counterpart role of Senior Vice President, Business Development – Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC). Mason, who has worked for more than 10 years in the global mobility industry, is based in Graebel’s EMEA headquarters in London and was promoted to his position last year. He also reports to Bates.

“Joe is an expert in turning strategies into actions that make a meaningful difference for our clients and our company,” Bates said. “With Simon and Joe’s leadership, we look forward to tapping new opportunities and exceeding our clients’ expectations through our duty of care, dedicated support, valued network of partners and worldwide coverage.”
