(Aurora, COLO) This week, Jim Petzel, president of Global Services at Graebel has appointed Teresa Valadez CRP, GMS to senior vice president global client services. The award-winning global mobility company's account management, and the compensation and tenancy management teams will report to Valadez effective immediately.
With twenty years experience in the relocation and account management fields, Valadez, formerly known as Teresa Santangelo, has held executive positions including account executive, vice president cost management, and vice president of client services at Prudential Relocation Services prior to its acquisition by the Canadian company, Brookfield Global Relocation Services in 2011. As its vice president client services, Valadez led key client-facing integration projects. Valadez joined the Graebel organization as a senior vice president in July 2013.
Petzel stated, "Teresa Valadez is driven to understand clients' changing global mobility needs, then develop leading edge programs aimed at exceeding expectations. Valadez holds the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (WERC) Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS®) certifications. The Prudential Relocation esteemed employee service award, The Chairman's Circle, was earned in 1997, 1999 and 2000; and she completed its Leadership course for high potential employees in 2005.
