(Aurora, CO) – The continued and accelerated business growth of Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide, Inc. has led to the recent promotions of Bill Nemer and Jessica Regenold. Nemer has been appointed senior vice president client services and Regenold to the senior vice president international relocation operations at the Company’s world headquarters in Denver, Colorado.

24-year relocation industry veteran, Nemer, joined Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide, Inc. as its vice president in 2009. He heads global mobility policy consulting services at Graebel.  In this role, he provides clients that include many in the Fortune 250 with best practices in relocation and updates that are taking place in the U.S. real estate marketplace, as well as content creation for the Company’s regional relocation roundtables in the U.S. Nemer’s responsibilities include sourcing keynote speakers and management of the Graebel University Relocation Policy Summit that includes development of an agenda that is based on an online pulse poll that he conducts with global mobility leaders prior to this annual 2-day event. 2012 will mark the sixth year that Graebel University has hosted the by-invitation Relocation Policy Summit in Denver.

In his product development role, Nemer is credited for content leadership in the creation of Graebel Express Relocation Services that launched in 2010. Graebel Express Relocation Services is a fast growing service option for the Company, and features a simplified, easy-to-understand agreement, a less than 5-days implementation process and an ala carte menu of global mobility services which altogether benefits clients that demand high-quality services, but relocate smaller numbers of people annually.

Holding both the Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist® (GMS) certifications from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC), he is a registered Six Sigma Green Belt and has a project management certification from Rutgers University. Nemer earned a Bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University in 1985. Previously, Nemer was with Weichert Relocation Resources, Prudential Relocation and Coldwell Banker Relocation.

Regenold was initially tapped for the Graebel organization’s newly created role of vice president international client services at the Company’s headquarters. In that executive position, Regenold has successfully led the Graebel operations’ performance and structural build-out and the expansion of its services in the relocation division. As senior vice president of international relocation operations, Regenold will expand on these responsibilities and will be accountable for the career development and mentorship of the Graebel client relationship managers, consultants and associates on the relocation division’s international services team worldwide. Graebel has in-theatre centers in the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions and provides on-the-ground services in 153 countries.

Regenold had been with SIRVA for seven years and prior to joining Graebel a year ago, she was vice president of global operations in charge of SIRVA business management in the Americas. Regenold holds the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC) Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist® (GMS) designations. This spring, Regenold moderated a panel of relocation industry experts that covered, “Creative Solutions to Developing Global Talent in 2011” at the WERC Global Workforce Summit that was held in Amsterdam. She holds a dual degree from the University of Colorado.
