(Aurora, COLO) – Last week, Bobbie Hill CRP, GMS, senior vice president operations announced that seven members on her staff were promoted to senior management roles at the Denver, Colorado-based team of Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide, Inc. These appointments follow an outstanding year that generated double-digit growth and 100-percent client retention for the top ranked full-service relocation firm. All six divisions of the Graebel Companies, Inc. witnessed record-breaking results in 2011.

Jeff Pearce CRP, GMS and Kris Herring CRP, GMS have each been appointed to assistance vice president at Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide, Inc. According to Hill, “Each has continuously scored exceptional client and customer satisfaction scores, because each embraces our customer-first philosophy. Specifically, Kris Herring holds the highest consultant satisfaction ratings within the Graebel organization that has in-theatre centers in the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions.”
Promoted to senior director of client relations at Graebel Relocation were Michelle Mara CRP, GMS Kathleen Schafer CRP, GMS and Teresa McMullen CRP, GMS. “Each was a respected veteran in the relocation industry prior to joining our organization over five years ago. Given their strong backgrounds, and proactive approach to working with Fortune 500 companies, individually each one was given the responsibility to lead the implementation, management, and ongoing policy guidance for certain clients that number in the top ten of our global mobility volumes in this division,“ stated Hill.
Additionally, Debi Teags CRP, GMS and Jill Luttinen Renshaw CRP, GMS were advanced to the director of client relations at Graebel. Today, both manage a diverse clientele portfolio at the Company and have achieved top customer satisfaction scores from clients and their assignees. During her four plus years at Graebel Renshaw has risen in the ranks and was most recently the lead operations contact at Graebel Express Relocation Services Worldwide, a full-service service option for companies that have limited annual volumes with widely differing service requirements among their transferred employees.
