Keith Michelsen Joins Graebel Relocation as Director of Business Development

(Aurora, COLO) – This week, Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide, Inc., welcomed Keith Michelsen to its Eastern regional national account business development team.  Reporting to Kathy Hedley, regional vice president sales leader at Graebel, Keith Michelsen is an accomplished thirteen-year relocation industry sales and account management veteran. 

 

With AIRes (American International Relocation Solutions) for the last seven years, Michelsen was its account manager for the Gulf Coast region including Houston, Texas and the United Kingdom markets.  There, he was responsible for sourcing and closing new business along with account management in global relocation services; and in 2009, produced in excess of $41 million in revenue.

 

From late 2001 to April 2003 Michelsen was the corporate services manager at Crown Worldwide Group and generated $36 million in revenue among globally active clientele in the Southeastern U.S.   

 

Previously, Michelsen served as property specialist then senior relocation manager at the Southeast regional office of Prudential Relocation and was a Listing and Buyers’ Agent at that company’s Dunwoody, Georgia office. 

 

Today, Michelsen serves on the board of the Southern Regional Relocation Council and is a committee member on the Metro Atlanta Relocation Council (MARC).  Since 2002, he has also been an active member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC).  He has held a state of Georgia Real Estate Brokers’ License since 1997.

Michelsen earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maine.  He also holds P-12 teaching certifications from the states of Main and Georgia.
