GRAEBEL TAPS FRASER TO LEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SHARED SERVICES AND CLIENT DEVELOPMENT FOR MOVING DIVISION

(Aurora, COLO) – Graebel Movers, Inc., president, Greg Cutlip, has announced that Sue Fraser has returned to the organization as its vice president of client services. In this new position, Fraser will lead both the Graebel moving and storage division’s corporate client development staff and the shared services group that is responsible for 24/7 customer service for national accounts’ transferees. Fraser’s office will be in Seattle, Washington.

Thirty-plus year relocation and moving industry veteran, Fraser returns to Graebel after having spent the last six years at the Microsoft Corporation. There, Fraser had oversight of fourteen global mobility suppliers and managed on average a relocation budget of $220 million annually. Additionally, Fraser was accountable for policy development of the Microsoft global mobility program, its indefinite hire and cross-border rotational policies worldwide; and, assurance that its relocation program was tax compliant. More recently, Fraser was tasked with the consultancy for a variety of relocation program benefits that included expatriate assignments, extended business travel and commuter programs within U.S. borders and for international cross-borders.
