(Aurora, COLO) – Last week, business development senior vice president Kathy Hedley introduced Dean Rischitelli to the national Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide, Inc. sales team. Based in Illinois the fifteen-year relocation industry veteran, Rischitelli, has joined Graebel Relocation as its vice president of business development.

Rischitelli had been the vice president of sales for a 10-state region at the publically-traded company Prudential Relocation, Inc. since 2006. There, he was the top rated sales executive and earned the Chairman’s Circle award in 2008 and 2010. In addition to signing numerous high-volume clients to third party relocation contracts, Rischitelli was recognized for having doubled the Prudential Relocation relocation-based revenue after he re-negotiated one of that Company’s high-profile accounts to a new multi-year deal. Rischitelli was also commended for his creation of innovative programs that were focused on cost utilization while preserving the high-quality of clients’ employee relocation benefits.

His global mobility career began as a relocation counselor at ProSource Properties, a business unit of Cooperative Resource Services located in Cleveland, Ohio in 1993. As that boutique relocation firm grew from 20 to 500 employees, he was tapped for customer service, marketing, sales and account management positions. In 2002 boasting nearly $75 million in annual revenue, ProSource Properties was acquired by SIRVA a publically-traded relocation firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.

SIRVA hired Rischitelli to be one of its three vice presidents of channel management in 2003. During his three-year stint at SIRVA he helped to create, recruit, train and manage that organization’s elite sales team that was comprised of local agents’ sales representatives in twenty-five states. His contributions led to SIRVA honoring him with its Sales’ Management Team of the Year award in 2004; Master’s award in 2005; and the Chairman’s award for two consecutive years in 2004 and 2005.

Beyond his fifteen years in the relocation industry, Rischitelli career has included three years in the technology industry at organizations such as a former Fortune 500 company, Comdisco, which had sales in excess of $3 billion. At Comdisco, Rischitelli earned the Chairman’s award for sales excellence in 2000 and 2001.

According to Hedley, “I could not be more thrilled that Dean has joined Graebel. Combining Dean’s innate ability to develop relationships in the Fortune 100 with our #1 ranking in relocation for two consecutive years and the global mobility service offerings at Graebel make Dean a formidable force in the marketplace.“

An Ohio University cum laude graduate Rischitelli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.
