(Aurora, COLO – USA) – This week, 125 Graebel Relocation Alliance partner members from forty five countries convened for the 13th annual two day conference that was held at Graebel World Headquarters located in the U.S. state of Colorado.
“Elevating the Customer Experience”, the theme for 2013, was featured in presentations and in a global compliance panel discussion that included Graebel executives and Mr. Bill Reinsch chairman of the Asian Tigers, Thailand. During its two-hours the panel covered international anti-bribery and corruption laws, data security, workforce background screens, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to updates about the Office of Foreign Control (OFAC). Two hours were also devoted to the Net Performance Service (NPS) analytics system adopted by Graebel, as well as its talent management measures and results for the last three years, and elucidation of the Company’s innovative ‘Good to Great’ training successes since 2008.
Mr. Jim Blair, president, chief executive officer at Integrated Risk Management Solutions, LLC and Mr. Ed Hannibal, a Mercer partner were the keynote speakers on Monday, October 14th and Tuesday, October 15th respectively.

Elevating the Customer Experience thematic realized a newfound award for 2013, The Coordinators’ Choice award. In an anonymous selection process, frontline Graebel International staff determined the winner based on ease to conduct business with the partner, speed of response, and if proactive and helpful resource; and which member offered outstanding client customer service and outstanding operational service delivery for 2013. The first-time winner for this peer-to-peer award was;
