(Aurora, COLO.) – This week, Mr. Ron Dunlap, vice president operational excellence and customer experience of Graebel Companies, Inc., announced exciting changes and additions to the Operational Excellence team. Formed in 2010, this team that is composed of dedicated resources in key disciplines places focus on the Graebel relocation and moving service delivery performance and cost efficiencies across the global organization’s footprint. In his companywide announcement, Dunlap stated, “I am excited about these staffing changes and additions, because these people have extensive industry backgrounds and are committed to teamwork. This team will elevate our robust global vendor management program and this program’s new, higher standards and quantitative measurements.”
In Dunlap’s announcement Donna Reinke was appointed to the newly created position, vice president of global vendor management, and will be responsible for the review and enhancement of supply chain processes. Reinke will also be accountable for the implementation of such business management tools as score cards, resolution practices with vendors to ensure that Graebel clients will experience highest quality on-the-ground and customer services in 153 countries. Reinke comes from Jones Lang LaSalle, a respected global leader in the commercial marketplace, where she led that company’s vendor management and procurement. John Boes and Allison Hollenshead will report to Reinke who is relocating from the Midwest to the Graebel world headquarters in Colorado.
Overseeing operational excellence disciplines is 28-year Graebel veteran and senior vice president, Ben Ivory. He will be accountable for the smooth transitions of the multi-decade relationships with overseas movers and the company’s U.S.-based services to Reinke. He will also transfer to Reinke oversight of the Graebel Relocation Alliance, a by-invitation global supply chain founded in 2000. Reporting to Ivory will be 20-year moving industry veteran, Kari Garcia, and formerly assistant vice president at Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide, Patty Wachter. Together with Ivory, they will have oversight of the household goods survey processes and internal audits of related processes. Additionally, these three people will oversee all activities associated with the company’s present certifications such as ISO and future accreditations that will be pursued by Graebel.
To ensure clear understanding and compliance to the Graebel relocation and moving standards, three-year company veteran, Jacquelyn Landridge, has transferred from Graebel Movers International, Inc., where she served its director of operations. As director of planning and analysis, Landridge will spearhead Operational Excellence training initiatives including curricula development for the company’s international moving and relocation divisions. Rakhi Panjabi will report to Landridge and together they will work closely with the Operational Excellence team to ensure its new programs and training will be conducted in accordance to audit reports and quality scores.
Landridge will also manage the Operational Planning and Analysis group responsible for providing operating metrics, financial analysis and profitability forecasting, capacity modeling and will work with the Graebel client development group in the analysis and creation of predictive business volume estimates among the company’s global mobility clients. Carie Nepereny will report to Landridge.
A Program Management office has been added to Dunlap’s department following the successful implementation of new Client Reporting and Analytics. This office will further evaluate and will continue to create defined people, business processes and technological roadmaps for the global-based business. Heading this new office is Temple Hoff who has identified as his teammate Jesse Schroffel.
