(Aurora, COLO) – Graebel Movers, Inc., vice president of client relations, Sue Fraser has promoted nine people that are on the Customer Shared Services team recently. These promotions follow Fraser’s re-organization of the Company’s customer service team that provides the coordination and one-on-one consultations for its moving and storage clientele in the U.S. This re-organization is in keeping with the Graebel 60-plus year highly personalized, client-dedicated business approach that has resulted in the organization becoming the largest privately-held relocation and moving company.
Rosie Beeber, Debra Torrey, Mindy Vazquez and Melanie Seibert have been named to the newly created position of regional customer service manager. Previously, all multi-year Graebel veterans had held customer service manager roles at the organization’s four regional U.S. customer shared service centers. Fraser stated, “In addition to present responsibilities, each will be our domestic household goods clients’ primary contact at a Graebel customer service center. Our regional customer service manager will help prepare and will attend our client business reviews and sales presentations. And, to ensure a seamless transition and implementation for our new national accounts, the regional customer service manager will be accountable for ensuring that our back-room operations will be completed successfully and timely so Graebel will exceed expectations starting with every client’s very first household goods move.”
Jennifer Brasted, Sharon Mason, Dolores Wood and Krystal Lemke have been promoted to customer service supervisory positions and will have direct oversight of their center’s coordinator team, including coordinator assignment and key performance measurements for the initial moves that are ordered by new Graebel moving and storage clients.
25-year Graebel employee veteran Tina Bradfish has been appointed to director of training and development. With her extensive moving industry experience, Bradfish will be responsible for the development of the Graebel Movers’ online training platforms for customer service, terminal service providers, surveyors and others that impact the Company’s moving and storage division.
