Responsible for providing clerical support to the GVL claims department, by processing paperwork, doing appropriate data entry and fielding calls (internal and external customers) as necessary to assist in facilitating prompt and accurate claims handling.
Education: High School equivalency in math, oral, and written communication skills.
Experience: One or more years of relevant experience. Ability to communicate well with staff and personnel of internal organizations. Ability to work through negative and high pressure communications and situations without being personally affected. Ability to work in a team enviroment. Ability to prioritize work load.
