PURPOST OF JOB:

To effectively support the move management counselor in maintaining their case loads by accurately inputting data and gain training to move into a Counselor I position. Complete special projects as needed to support the team.

 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

  • Supports the move counselor by providing accurate web updates.
  • Ensures accurate data is input in the MMI web within 24 hours of receipt (i.e. estimates, move dates, billing release authorization forms  etc.)
  • Updates action item list accurately in compliance with MMI standards.
  • Ensures issues are given proper attention and updates are completed.
  • Contacts all new moves assigned teh day of the counselor's absence via phone and email. Sets up appointment with the transferee or the couselor upon his/her return.
  • Support MMI team on an as needed basis.

 

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

 

Education:     High School Diploma or equivalent

 

Experience:   Minimum 1-2 years, Customer Service or Call Center Experience

 

Licenses / Certifications / Specialized Training:

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Access with knowledge of internet function and components.
